In January we had the opportunity to take over twenty middle school students to Frontier Ranch (Snowbound) in Buena Vista, Colorado. What a weekend it was! Below is a conversation I had with a student following the trip:
“Justin, that was one of the best weekends of my life!
Really? I love hearing this Sandra! What made the trip so impactful?
Everything! The music and worship was amazing, the speaker challenged us to face our giants, and I really enjoyed our small group time.
This is great, Sandra!
Do you know what the best part was?
The muck war with shaving cream? Ha! Ha!
No. Ha! Ha! Many of my friends who came on the trip did not know Jesus. Now they are coming to me wanting to have God conversations! They are wanting to go to Campus Life and are seeking God for the first time!
Wow! This is amazing Sandra! It was an incredible weekend. Keep encouraging them everyday! You are an incredible friend!
Thank you, Justin! I’ll see you at Campus Life Breakfast tomorrow!
So many lives were impacted at Snowbound. Please pray for those who gave their lives to Jesus for the first time and those who made steps to move closer to him. Now the hard work begins! Thank you for all your prayers and support!!!!
Thank you for being a part of the ongoing conversation with youth in our city and helping us share God’s story. It’s our honor to be the storytellers on your behalf who meet kids right where they are and give life to their story.
Providing young people in our community with the opportunity to make an informed decision to be a follower of Jesus Christ and become part of a local church.
